There is a pedestrian walkway between the International Terminal and the Domestic Terminal. Of this passage, 400m (1,312ft) consists of moving walkways.
Driving directions:
Finding the city from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport (or vice versa) is easy. From the city, head south on the E-87 and follow signs to the airport. From the airport, take the E-87 towards the north and follow signs to the city centre. The main road is called Akcay Road.

Public transport rail:
Metro: The Izban (www.izban.com.tr) metro service links Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport with the city and a number of other destinations. Services are frequent, and operate from around 0500 to midnight. A flat fare of YTL1.50 applies.
Public transport road:
Bus: Local ESHOT (tel: (232) 273 0168; www.eshot.gov.tr) buses 200, 202 and 204 serve Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. Shuttle bus company Havaş (tel: (232) 444 0487) also operates buses to and from the airport, with a journey time of around 50 minutes. These buses run every hour, with frequent departures to the city corresponding with incoming domestic flights.
Taxi: Taxi ranks are located in front of the airport terminal buildings, and there are always taxis available during the airport's operating hours. Be prepared to haggle over the fare. Transfer from the airport or a hotel can be booked in advance (tel: (232) 274 6646). Many hotels will help to arrange a private transfer to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport.

ATMs are available in both terminals, while a bank and a bureau de change can be found on the arrivals level of the International Terminal.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminal - it's free in the International Terminal lounges, and a charge applies elsewhere. There is also a post office on the arrivals floor.

A restaurant is located on the mezzanine floor in the international departures hall. There is also a café in the international departures area, while a bar serves light snacks, salads and a rich choice of beverages. Fax machines, internet and phones can be accessed by first class and business class travellers in the Millennium Lounge. There is one meeting room and one press room on the mezzanine floor, where Burger King is located. The capacity of the meeting room is 45 people in theatre or 30 in U-shape seating styles.
Disabled facilities:
There are toilets for disabled people, located both on the arrivals and departures floors. The lifts are convenient for wheelchair users, and specific parking areas are designated for the disabled.
Car parking:
There are more than 2,300 parking spaces in the airport’s multi-storey car park. The car park is just in front of the terminal with short- and long-term parking options. Monthly membership cards are available.
Car rental:
Car hire companies represented at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport include Avis, Europcar, Hertz, National, Payless and Sixt. Local operators are also represented.
