Georgia Visa and Passport Requirements

To enter Georgia, a passport valid for the duration of stay is required by all nationals referred to in the chart above, except (1) EU nationals, who may enter with a national ID card.
Visas are not required by all nationals referred to in the chart above for stays in Georgia of up to one year.
Nationals not referred to in the chart are advised to contact the embassy to check visa requirements for Georgia.
Types and Cost
Short-term visa: US$20 plus 2% service charge.
The validity of a visa is dependent on the applicant's nationality. Typically, it might be valid for 30 days in a 120-day period or 90 days in a 180-day period.
Transit visas are available at the border for nationals travelling through Georgia for no more than five days.
