Driving directions:

From central Austin, take E Cesar Chavez Street, then use any lane to take the ramp onto Airport Boulevard. Use the left 2 lanes to take the TX-71 E ramp to the aiport, then drive down Presidential Boulevard to the terminal building. The total drive time is approximately 20 minutes.

Transfer between terminals:

Public transport road:

Bus: Route 100, operated by Capital Metro (tel: +1 512 474 1200; www.capmetro.org), runs between Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and central Austin (journey time: 30 minutes; fare is US $1.25).

There is no designated space for business purposes within the airport. However, the on-site Hilton Austin Airport (tel: +1 512 385 6767; www3.hilton.com) has 18 meeting rooms equipped for conferences and board meetings, as well as a 24-hour business centre and additional event spaces.

Communication Facilities:

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access for the first two hours of usage at the airport. There is also a postbox and stamp vending machine in the terminal.

Disabled facilities:

Facilities for disabled passengers include lifts, adapted toilets, and accessible ticket counters. There are also videophones within the terminal building for those with hearing and speech impairments.

A wheelchair service is available from the curb to the aircraft, but passengers should still inform their airline of any special assistance prior to travel.

Disabled parking spaces are located either close to lifts in the car parks or within close proximity of shuttle bus stops, and shuttle buses are suitable for wheelchair users.
