Passports

A valid passport is required by the nationals referred to above. 

1. US citizens are required to carry a passport. However, in certain cases, a US citizen may be able to enter Guam from the US mainland or a US territory with proof of citizenship and a valid photo ID card.

Visas

Visa requirements for Guam are the same as for mainland USA: travellers require a visa or, if qualified, may travel visa-free under the US Visa Waiver Program. There is also a Visa Waiver Program specifically for Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Nationals of (2) Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lativa, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK may travel to Guam visa-free for visits of 90 days under the USA Visa Waiver Program.

Nationals of (3) Australia and the UK may travel to Guam visa-free for 45 days under the Guam Visa Waiver Program (this does not allow travel to the USA).

Nationals of (4) Canada may visit Guam under the same restrictions as a visit to the USA.

Nationals of Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Poland and Romania should check the USA passport & visa section for visa requirements.

Nationals not referred to in the chart are advised to contact the embassy to check visa requirements for Guam.
