Information desks are situated in both terminals. Additionally, there is a tourist information desk in Arrivals.

Public transport road:
Bus: Local buses (tel: +57 1 220 3000; www.sitp.gov.co) operate regularly between the airport and the city centre. Journey time is around 35-40 minutes, and they are identified by 'Aeropuerto' on the destination board. Fares are less than US$1.
Taxi: Taxis are available outside both terminals 24 hours a day. The fare into Bogotá starts at around US$10-15, and the trips take around 25 minutes depending on traffic conditions. Taxi desks are in arrivals, and the fare is confirmed on a printed voucher. For safety reasons, do not use any other than the official yellow and white taxis.
ATMs and bureau de change desks are situated at various locations in all terminals.
There is a central food court in both the main El Dorado terminal complex and in Puente Aéreo, while a selection of cafés can be found airside in both terminals.
Duty-free is available in the international departures area, while a few other shops offer goods including local crafts.
Left-luggage is available in the main terminal on floor 1. Trolleys require a refundable deposit of US$2 or COP$4,000. The lost and found office can be contacted on +57 439 7070, ext. 5112
There are 24/7 medical facilities available in the new terminal. There is also a small chapel in Terminal 1.
