Public transport road: 

Taxi: Metered or shared taxis are the only form of transportation available. Metered taxis can be found at car park 2, close to the arrivals exit from the terminal. You can get a taxi from Accra Kotoka International Airport to Nkrumah Circle or Osu for around ¢33; be prepared to haggle for the fare. The journey time to central Accra is 25-55 minutes, according to traffic.
