An information desk is located in the international check-in hall, open 24 hours a day. Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport is situated just off Road 40 between Gothenburg and Borås (Gothenburg is connected to the airport by motorway). From Oslo, Malmö, Karlstad or Stockholm, follow the road signs marked with the airport symbol. When approaching Gothenburg, take the Flygplatsmotet exit for the airport.
Public Transport
Bus: Flygbussarna Airport Coaches (tel: (0771) 414 300; www.flygbussarna.se) serve Gothenburg and Borås. At peak hours they depart every 15 minutes. The journey time into Gothenburg is 40 minutes, and a single ticket costs kr80. Public buses (tel: (0771) 414 300; www.vasttrafik.se) also operate from the airport; bus 615 runs to Landvetter via Härryda Church, while bus 616 goes to Rävlanda via Hällingsjö and Landvetter. Taxi: Taxis are available from a number of companies, including Lerums Taxi (tel: (030) 214 600), Taxi Göteborg (tel: (031) 650 000), Taxi Kurir (tel: (031) 272 727), Taxigruppen (tel: (031) 441 441), VIP Taxi (tel: (031) 271 611) and Flygtaxi (tel: (031) 710 3000). Taxi companies often have a fixed rate fare to Gothenburg city and other destinations from the airport. Advance bookings can be made online through Takibokning (www.taxibokning.se).
Terminal facilities
ATMs and a full service bank are located in the international hall. There are bureaux before and after security as well as within the bank branch.
Telephones are situated throughout the terminal. Paid-for Wi-Fi internet access is also available, as are Station Express internet kiosks. There is also an international courier service office.
There are restaurants and cafés in the domestic and international halls serving Swedish and international fare. A café and a selection of bars are located in the transit hall.
There is a wide variety of shops at Gothenburg Landvetter Airport, including duty-free in both the international arrivals and departures areas for those travelling from or to non-EU destinations.
Travellers can leave baggage in safety deposit boxes located in the check-in hall. There is also a lost property service (tel: (031) 941 430). Trolleys are available free of charge throughout Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport and its car parks.
There is a quiet room for prayer or meditation at Gothenburg Landvetter Airport. There are also baby changing and nursing facilities. A priest is available to conduct weddings or other services.

The nearby Landvetter Airport Hotel (tel: (031) 977 550; www.landvetterairporthotel.com) has 12 conference and meeting rooms accommodating up to 150 delegates, as well as videoconferencing and teleconferencing facilities. Business facilities, including photocopying, printing and fax services, are also available.
Disabled travellers should inform their travel agents in advance if they require assistance with luggage, getting to/from (and boarding) aircraft, or if they have a hearing problem and require personal information. Travellers with a disabled permit are charged the cheaper parking rate in all car parks.
There are more than 10,000 parking spaces at Gothenburg Landvetter Airport. There is an indoor multi-storey car park (P3), outdoor short-term car parks for both Domestic (P1 and P2) and International (P4) travellers and cheaper long-term parking (P5, P6 and P7). Visitors’ car parks are situated at both ends of the terminal. A manual payment desk can be found at the Luftfartsverket Information desk in the International check-in hall. The hotel has 134 rooms and is situated opposite the airport terminal just 200m (646ft) away. Rooms were refurbished early in 2011, and the property features a gymnasium, restaurant and bar as well as extensive meeting and conference facilities.
