About Bermuda L. F. Wade International Airport (BDA)

The information desk is centrally located in the arrivals hall.
From Hamilton, head east along Middle Road and merge onto the northbound Harrington Sound Road. From here, follow signs to the airport which is across The Causeway to St David's Island, and continue to the terminal. The total journey time is roughly 20 minutes.
Bermuda L. F. Wade International Airport is situated on St David’s Island, 5km (3 miles) southwest of St George’s and 16km (9 miles) to the northeast of Bermuda's capital city, Hamilton.

Public transport road:
Bus:Frequent buses (tel: +1 441 292 3851; www.gov.bm) serve the departures area, with routes criss-crossing the island. Buses 1, 3, 10 and 11 all link the airport with St George's (15 minutes) and Hamilton (40 minutes). These buses are not always practical for travellers with plenty of luggage or for the physically disabled. The fare to both destinations from the airport is $3.50
Shuttle:Minibuses can be hired by prior arrangement. These can be more practical for passengers with luggage. Bee Line Transport (tel: +1 411 293 0303; www.beelinetransportltd.com) is one of the few operators available.
Taxi:Metered taxis are available from the taxi rank outside the terminal building. These charge around BD$35 for a journey to Hamilton.
There are ATMs on both floors of the terminal building.
A small selection of snack bars, as well as a pub/sports bar and a bistro café serve a variety of dishes within the terminal building.
There are several shops at Bermuda L. F. Wade International Airport, including duty-free outlets selling liquor, tobacco, cosmetics, perfumes and toiletries, as well as vendors offering magazines, books, souvenirs, jewellery and clothing.
Luggage trolleys are free and are situated at handy points within the terminal. Alternatively, Skycap porters are available to help with luggage – a tip for this assistance is not mandatory but appreciated. A lost and found service (tel: +1 441 293 2470) is also available to assist with missing luggage queries.
A first-aid service and automated external defibrillators are available. For those with some time to spare, there are two children's play areas and an art gallery within the terminal complex.
Transportation and assistance for disabled passengers is available when boarding and disembarking the aircraft.
Short- and long-term parking (tel: +1 441 293 2470) is provided at Bermuda L. F. Wade International Airport – all car parks are pay and display.
Visitors to Bermuda are not permitted to hire cars.
