About Zadar Airport (ZAD)

From central Zadar, take route 8 southwards and turn left onto route 424. Continue along route 424 until you see signs for the airport access road (route 502), which leads directly to the terminal entrance.
The airport is located 10km (6 miles) east of Zadar city centre.

Public transport road:
Bus:Regular buses (tel: +385 60 305 305; www.liburnija-zadar.hr) operate from the airport into the city centre (journey time: 25 minutes; fare: Kn.25).
Taxi:Taxis are readily available outside the terminal building. Prices into the city centre start at around Kn.220, and journey time is upwards of 15 minutes depending on traffic.
ATMs are located in the public area on the terminal's ground floor. There is a bureau de change service available in International Arrivals.
There is a restaurant and a café/bar in the public area, and another café in International Departures.
Duty-free shopping is available for passengers leaving the EU. Duty-free goods on offer include perfumes, fashion accessories, liquor and tobacco as well as many Croatian speciality items.
There are currently no left luggage facilities at the airport. Trolleys are available. Any items lost or damaged should be reported to the airport's lost and found office (tel: +385 23 205 904).
Other available facilities at Zadar Airport include baby-care rooms and a travel agency desk in the main hall.
Conference and business:
There are currently no meeting facilities at the airport, although these services are offered by some of the larger hotels on the coast and in the city centre. The nearest is the Hotel Porto (tel: +385 23 292 300; www.hotel-porto.hr), about 7km (4 miles) west of the airport.
Public payphones are available and paid-for Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the terminal. Vouchers to access the Wi-Fi are available from the airport cafés.
Designated disabled parking spaces are located in close proximity to the terminal building. The airport is all on one level making it accessible for wheelchair users. Any passengers who may require additional assistance are advised to contact their airline before travelling.
Over 400 parking spaces are available at the airport, with both long- and short-term spaces. Online booking in advance of travel is available via the airport website.
International car hire companies Hertz and Sixt are represented at the airport, along with several local operators. Desks are situated in the Arrivals Hall, in the public access area.
