Passports: 

A valid passport is required by all nationals referred to in the chart above, except EU nationals (1) in possession of a national ID card.

Visas: 

Visas are not required by nationals referred to in the chart above, without seeking employment, for the following durations:

(a) nationals of the UK and the EU for stays in Gibraltar of up to six months;

(b) nationals of Australia, Canada and the USA for stays in Gibraltar of up to three months.

Note: Nationals not referred to in the chart are advised to contact the London Passport Office or Gibraltar Government Office to check visa requirements.
