To enter Luxembourg, a passport valid for at least three months beyond length of stay is required by all nationals referred to in the chart above, except EU nationals (1) holding a valid national ID card.
Luxembourg is a signatory to the 1995 Schengen Agreement.
If a visitor is not in possession of a return ticket, proof of sufficient means of support may be required.
Visas are not required by nationals referred to in the chart above for stays in Luxembourg of up to three months, and as long as the passport is still valid for three months beyond length of stay.
Notes: Nationals not referred to in the chart are advised to contact the embassy to check visa requirements for Luxembourg.
A 90-day visa-free stay commences from entry into any country in the Schengen area.
