To enter Moldova, a passport valid for at least six months is required by all nationals referred to in the chart above.
Visas are not required by nationals referred to in the chart above for stays in Moldova of up to 90 days, except nationals of Australia who do require a visa.
(a) Nationals of Australia (1) need a letter of invitation and in some cases a return ticket;
(b) for stays exceeding three months, a formal invitation is required;
(c) nationals not referred to in the chart are advised to contact the embassy to check visa requirements for Moldova.
Airport transit (type A): £20, transit (type B): £37, short-term visa (type C): £55, long-term visa (type D): £72.
Tourist visas must all be used within one month of date of issue.
Transit visas are valid for five days from date of issue.
